In a world often filled with negativity, Diet Coke turned to Reuters to associate with “Happy News” in real-time.
Solution
A collaboration with our developers led to the creation of an advertiser-focused algorithm, centered on positive and negative keywords. These algorithms were instrumental in crafting a refined, rudimentary ad solution that seamlessly operated across our news platform in real-time.
Upon refinement, this real-time feed drove ad content across all Reuters Digital properties. Additionally, it was syndicated to Diet Coke as part of their national media campaign integration.
This product ultimately was rolled out globally for clients like IBM, GE, HSBC, Microsoft, Hyundai and Lexus to name a few.
